Marcin Banasiak, CFA

President of the management board. Mr Banasiak graduated from Wroclaw University of Economics and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst^®) designation which is granted by the renowned international organization the CFA Institute (http://www.cfainstitute.org).

Mr Banasiak deals with corporate finance, in particular preparing business plans, financial analysis and enterprise valuation. Moreover he specializes in capital market, debt and shareholder financing as well as securities valuation and asset management.

He is a co-funder of CFA Society of Poland (http://www.cfa.com.pl).

Mr. Banasiak speaks English, Polish and German.
